Job summary

enablesGROUP seeks a skilled Draftsman CAD Engineer to produce precise 2D/3D drawings for construction and fit-out projects in Ortigas, Pasig, PH. You will develop general arrangement and setting-out drawings and support fabrication through Bills of Materials and schedules.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Design Surveyors, and Engineers, handling multiple projects with strict deadlines in a hybrid setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH).

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD and technical design skills.
• Experience with 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Ability to interpret and manipulate existing CAD drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, engineering, or related field.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• CAD/AutoCAD qualification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Producing 2D CAD drawings for bespoke partitioning solutions.
• Creating 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Producing general arrangement and setting-out drawings for site use.
• Interpreting and modifying existing client CAD drawings.
• Preparing fabrication drawings, Bills of Materials, and fixing schedules.
• Revising drawings based on client or engineering feedback.
• Creating concept drawings and mock-ups during the bid stage.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Design Surveyors, Sales, and Structural Engineers.
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Identifying practical design solutions and anticipating challenges.

Draftsman CAD Engineer

Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PH

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 12MN or 4PM to 1AM PH Time (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

The Draftsman will work closely with Design Surveyors and Project Managers to produce technical, general arrangement, manufacturing, and layout drawings for construction and fit-out projects. The role also involves creating Bills of Quantities and supporting designs for on-site installations and client approvals.

Key responsibilities include:
