Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the project team for technical details on various works.
• Prepare body plans, wall setting-out plans, and shop drawings.
• Identify and report discrepancies in plans to the Project Manager.
• Monitor resolution of discrepancies in construction drawings.
• Conduct quality assurance through observation and inspection.
• Attend walk-thru inspections to monitor work progress.
• Track Request for Approval (RFA) and Request for Information (RFI) schedules.
• Provide updates on architectural activities to the Architectural In-charge.

Job description

• Coordinates with the project team for technical details related to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection works.
• Prepares body plans, wall setting-out plans, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Identifies and reports discrepancies or design issues between architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection plans to the Project Manager.
• Monitors and follows up on the resolution of discrepancies in construction drawings.
• Conducts quality assurance and quality control through regular observation and inspection of contractors’ work and materials.
• Attends walk-thru inspections to monitor work progress and identify potential problems.
• Tracks the Request for Approval (RFA) and Request for Information (RFI) schedule and critical milestone dates to ensure timely project completion.
• Provides updates on architectural activity and accomplishments to the Architectural In-charge (AIC).
