Job summary

SHIMIZU-FUJITA-TAKENAKA-EEI JOINT VENTURE is seeking a draftsman capable of producing structural and architectural drawings for depot buildings. You will draft using AutoCAD and other software, coordinate with teams, attend meetings, and perform site visits to ensure accuracy and documentation.

The role requires a degree in architecture or civil engineering, CAD training, and willingness to work overtime as needed, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• Drafting Technology program or CAD course completed.
• Certifications in CAD/drafting/drawing software are an advantage.
• Seminars on architectural and structural drawings and construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft structural, architectural, fabrication and related drawings for depot buildings.
• Prepare and draft drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Attend and coordinate meetings.
• Conduct site visits.
• Handle documentation, reporting and tracking as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for preparing and drafting structural, architectural, fabrication, and other related drawings for depot buildings.


• Preparation and drafting of structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.


• Attend and coordinate meetings


• Conduct site visits


• Other duties that may be assigned as deemed necessary (DOCUMENTATION, REPORT & TRACKING)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering.


• Must have completed a Drafting Technology program or a vocational course in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and drawing software.


• Additional certifications in CAD, drafting, and drawing software are an advantage.


• Seminars and Training for Architectural and Structural Drawings and Construction.


• Good Verbal Written Communication Skills
