Job summary

Machinebanks Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a CAD/CAM Support professional to provide technical and application support for CAD/CAM software, working closely with customers and the Sales Team to identify requirements and deliver effective solutions.

You will assist with software installation, setup, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting, understand customer project needs, and recommend CAD/CAM applications and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in CAD/CAM or technical support.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and familiarity with manufacturing or machining processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to both customers and Sales Team.
• Customer-focused and comfortable conducting client visits, demonstrations, presentations, and training.
• Willing to undergo CAD/CAM product and technical training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for CAD/CAM software to customers and the Sales Team.
• Assist with software installation, setup, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Understand customer and project requirements and recommend appropriate CAD/CAM applications and solutions.
• Support the Sales Team in customer visits, technical discussions, product presentations, demonstrations, and product evaluations.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, product information, and solution recommendations.
• Conduct CAD/CAM demonstrations, software trials, and customer training.
• Provide technical assistance to the Sales Team during customer presentations and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with principals and internal teams regarding technical concerns, product updates, training, and escalations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of CAD/CAM software and applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant technical/vocational qualifications may also be considered
• At least 1 year of experience in CAD/CAM, application support, technical support, engineering, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and familiarity with manufacturing or machining processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Able to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to both customers and Sales Team
• Customer-focused and comfortable conducting client visits, demonstrations, presentations, and training
• Willing to undergo CAD/CAM product and technical training
• Willing to travel as required
• Valid driver's license is an advantage
• Willing to start as soon as possible
