Job summary

Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a Head Housekeeper to deliver exceptional housekeeping services on Grand Circle Cruise Line ships. You will lead cabin crew, ensure daily cleaning of guest cabins and public areas, and uphold the highest hygiene standards in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years on passenger ships, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant job experience, preferably on passenger ships.
• Proven leadership abilities and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills and coaching abilities.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coordinating, supporting, motivating, training, and evaluating housekeeping staff.
• Responsible for daily cleaning and servicing of guest cabins.
• Monitoring and ensuring housekeeping service is up to the highest standards.
• Ensuring hygiene and maintenance of all cabins, laundry, and public areas.

About the job

Responsible for delivering an exceptional housekeeping service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• leading, coordinating, supporting, motivating, training, and evaluating housekeeping staff
• responsible for daily cleaning and servicing of guest cabins
• monitoring and ensuring housekeeping service is up to the highest standards
• ensuring hygiene and maintenance of all cabins, laundry, and public areas are being upheld
• any other duties advised by Head Cabin Attendant/Hotel Manager
