This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all public and guest areas onboard the cruise ship, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for passengers and crew.

Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all assigned areas, including guest cabins, public areas (lounges, restaurants, bars, corridors, restrooms, etc.), and crew areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Wash and sanitize all equipment and supplies used during cleaning.

Guest Cabin Cleaning

• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Clean and polish surfaces, such as desks, nightstands, and dressers.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning or supplies.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment is a plus.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
