Job summary

onsemi is seeking a procurement professional in the Philippines to provide operational support using Oracle Cloud Procurement. You will review PRs, manage queues, and ensure timely automatic PO release within agreed cycle times while collaborating with requesters, planning teams, suppliers, finance, and other cross-functional groups.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Working knowledge of purchasing systems; Oracle Cloud Procurement or ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operational support and guidance using Oracle Cloud Procurement.
• Review and validate Purchase Requisitions in line with policies and SLAs.
• Manage requisition queues and ensure timely PO release within cycle times.
• Collaborate with requesters, planning teams, suppliers, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PRs, POs, invoices, payments, and supplier issues promptly.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of procurement data and records.
• Monitor supplier commitments, pricing updates, and delivery schedules to support supply continuity.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order status and delivery commitments.
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier information in procurement systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, audit and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of purchasing systems and procurement processes. Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing or a related industry is an advantage.
