onsemi is seeking a Procurement/Sourcing professional in the Philippines to drive sourcing decisions through data analysis. You will schedule Coupa sourcing events, create POs in Oracle Cloud, and manage PR/PO cycles with global teams.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain, strong analytical and Excel skills, and willingness to work on shifting schedules. Located in Metro Manila, this on-site position is key to maintaining supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business
• 4 years of supply chain experience
• Knowledge of Purchasing systems and processes, preferably Oracle Cloud Procurement
• Above average English communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills and expert Excel skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Initiative to facilitate work of others

Responsabilités

• Understand procurement process and use data to facilitate sourcing decisions.
• Schedule and run sourcing events in Coupa; consolidate results and discuss with Sourcing Manager.
• Create PO or catalog/BPA in Oracle Cloud.
• Review and monitor approved Requisitions in Oracle under specific commodities.
• Manage PR queue; liaise with global Sourcing/Procurement teams to ensure PO creation and release.
• Resolve PO issues, invoice disputes, real-time PR/PO troubleshooting.
• Ensure PO accuracy, system setup, and BPA/catalog enables auto-releases.
• Ensure supply continuity by confirming price/supplier commitments and delivery updates.

Description du poste

• Possess good understanding of the Procurement process, and how to use data to facilitate Sourcing decisions.
• Ability to schedule and run events, Sourcing activities in Coupa. Consolidate results and initiate discussions with Sourcing Manager
• Create the appropriate transaction through Purchase Order (PO) or catalog/BPA as a result of sourcing event that requires execution in Oracle Cloud.
• Review and monitor approved Requisitions in Oracle under a specific commodity or group of commodities.
• Manage the PR queue, liaise with the global Sourcing, Procurement and cross functional teams to ensure Purchase Orders are created accurately and released following cycle time, in accordance with the defined requirements or specifications.
• Act as a system expert in resolving PO issues, invoice and payment disputes, real time PR/PO troubleshooting support.
• Ensure system accuracy of Purchase Orders, including system parameter set-up and catalog build-up to enable Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) and auto-releases.
• Ensure supply continuity by confirming price and supplier commitments, delivery updates, perform Order Acknowledgment and Delivery Follow-up, and making sure that the PO details in the system is up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or businesscourse
• With at least 4 years work experience of Supply Chain background.
• Knowledge of Purchasing systems and processes – preferably with experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement
• Above average English communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills, expert excel skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
