Job summary

A leading technology firm in the Philippines seeks a Supply Chain professional to support Oracle Cloud Procurement users, manage Purchase Orders, and ensure supply continuity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business, at least 4 years of Supply Chain experience, and strong communication skills. This position requires working on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support users for Oracle Cloud Procurement and approve Purchase Requisitions.
• Manage PR queue and ensure accurate Purchase Orders.
• Confirm price and supplier commitments for supply continuity.
• Review and monitor approved Requisitions in Oracle under specific commodities.
• Manage PR queue; coordinate with global Sourcing and cross functional teams to ensure PO creation and release.
• Resolve PO issues, invoice and payment disputes; provide real-time PR/PO troubleshooting.
• Ensure PO accuracy including system parameter setup and catalog build-up for BPA and auto-releases.
• Confirm price and supplier commitments; provide delivery updates; update PO details.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Possess a good understanding of the Procurement process, and how to use data for decision making.
• Level 1 support to global end users for Oracle Cloud Procurement. Approve and gatekeep Purchase Requisitions, create Purchase Orders needed by an onsemi business unit, ability to be liaison among network of manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites. Ability to facilitate the work of others.
• Review and monitor approved Requisitions in Oracle under a specific commodity or group of commodities.
• Manage the PR queue, liaise with the global Sourcing, Procurement and cross functional teams to ensure Purchase Orders are created accurately and released following cycle time, in accordance with the defined requirements or specifications.
• Act as a system expert in resolving PO issues, invoice and payment disputes, real time PR/PO troubleshooting support.
• Ensure system accuracy of Purchase Orders, including system parameter set-up and catalog build-up to enable Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) and auto-releases.
• Ensure supply continuity by confirming price and supplier commitments, delivery updates, perform Order Acknowledgment and Delivery Follow-up, and making sure that the PO details in the system is up to date.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Purchasing systems and processes – preferably with Oracle Cloud Procurement experience.
• Above average English communication skills
