Our Clients in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks an Assistant Manager - Butchery and Egg to support category strategy and supplier relationships, ensuring freshness, quality, and availability across stores. You will help shape pricing and promotions while coordinating with Store Operations to maintain standards.

The role focuses on end-to-end execution of category plans, monitoring sales, and enforcing strict food safety from sourcing to shelf, with emphasis on cross-functional

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in category management, buying, or merchandising for meat, poultry, or egg products.
• Background in Retail, Wholesale, or FMCG preferred.
• Working knowledge of food safety and quality standards for fresh/perishable categories.
• Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Analytical ability to translate sales data into actionable category decisions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
