Responsibilities

• Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, grind, and prepare various cuts of meat, including beef, pork, poultry, and lamb, according to customer orders or store specifications.
• Customer Service: Assist customers by providing information about meat cuts, cooking techniques, and recommendations for recipes.
• Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock levels of meat products and maintain proper storage and handling procedures to prevent spoilage.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and clean meat-cutting machinery, knives, and other tools used in meat processing.
• Product Display: Arrange meat products attractively in the display case, ensuring they are fresh and properly labeled.

Qualifications
