A local business development company in Marikina is looking for a Business Unit Officer responsible for daily operations of various small business units. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Business Unit Officer is responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned small business units of the company. Ensures maintenance and upkeep of business unit premises and facilities with the help of Engineering and General Services Departments. Proposes policies and plans the use of materials and employees to ensure smooth operations of each business unit without compromising the unit’s personnel, clients’ safety & security and satisfaction. Able to achieve and/ or surpass sales targets on time.
