Job summary

ONETool Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Tester to translate client needs into detailed requirements and collaborate with development teams to propose effective solutions.

The role covers documentation, test planning, test execution, and end-user training, with a hybrid work arrangement and required office visits to Makati at least 3 times per week. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years BA experience, and SAP/SAP SD expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting requirements and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of business processes, industry trends, and best practices in any domain.
• Knowledge/Experience with various business process modelling and software development tools.
• Knowledge/Experience in using SAP is required. Knowledge with SAP Sales and Distribution module, and Business Objects are an advantage.
• Knowledge in database tables is an advantage.
• Knowledge/Experience in agile (SCRUM) methodology.
• Amenable to hybrid work setup and must report to client's office in Makati at least 3x a week.
• Self-starter, independent, and a team player.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
• Work closely with development teams in recommending solutions that address business requirements.
• Create and update documentations such as mapping documents, and other documents as may be required.
• Communicate project activities and progress to stakeholders to ensure alignment and timeliness of delivery.
• Create test plan and test scenario documents, as well as test data.
• Execute test procedures with complete documentation.
• Facilitate preparation for deployment by ensuring documentations are complete.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Provide training and support to new team members.
