Job summary

Pioneer Your Insurance in Makati is seeking a System Support and Business Analysis professional to provide timely support to mobile app users, document requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.

The role includes gathering user needs, validating BRD with project teams, and assisting with project management tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have an IT-related degree, 2+ years in system support, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with API integration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in system user support and basic troubleshooting.
• Skilled in data gathering, process documentation and workflow analysis.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications.
• Familiar with API integration, data and process mapping (an advantage).
• Amenable to transfer to BGC.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and effective support to users of the Mobile application.
• Addresses, investigates, and coordinates the resolution of concerns raised by Partner Portal and Core System users
• Attends monthly meetings with MIC, MIS, Partners and other stakeholders as required.
• Coordinates with users and other teams to monitor and follow up on reported system issues until resolution.
• Provides user guidance and conducts system user's training.
• Monitors recurring system issues and recommends enhancements / improvements to minimize operational disruptions.
• Reviews, analyses and validates enhancement requests for Microinsurance systems from various users and stakeholders.
• Gathers and documents business requirements through discussions, workshops and interviews with the stakeholders.
• Prepares clear and comprehensive Business and Functional requirements for the approved system enhancements.
• Coordinates with DT Team and Project Owners to ensure BRD are properly understood and signed-off.
• Validates delivered system enhancements against approved BRD.
• Maintains proper documentation of requirements, process flows, specs and other BA deliverables.
• Provides timely and effective support to users of the Mobile application.
