Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Experience with HRIS, financial systems, EHR, or similar enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, Monday.com, MS Teams or Google Workspace.
Basic QA/testing understanding and Excel proficiency; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow studies.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, or process documents.
Map current vs. future-state workflows and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.
Support implementation and enhancement of enterprise systems with cross-functional teams.
Prepare wireframes, prototypes, and process diagrams to support solution design discussions.
Assist in testing, UAT, and release validation; track action items with stakeholders.
