MicroSourcing is hiring a Business Support Manager to lead Manila-based teams across Finance, IT, Admin, and Sales, coordinating with Australian managers to ensure timely delivery.

You will enforce safety policies, manage HR and facilities coordination with MicroSourcing, and drive onboarding and performance improvements while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or offshore team setup.
• Proven experience managing communications and performance expectations with Australian teams.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional staff supporting Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Administration.
• Direct experience partnering with BPO providers (e.g., MicroSourcing) on HR, facilities, and logistics.
• Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and operational risk standards.

• Offshore Team Leadership: Lead daily operations for Manila-based staff across Finance, IT, Admin, and Sales; manage workloads and deliverable timelines.
• Onshore-Offshore Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between Manila teams and Australian managers, holding regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Workplace Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety policies, participate in risk assessments, and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• BPO Vendor Management: Coordinate with MicroSourcing on facilities, seat allocation, local HR processes, and compliance reporting.
• Onboarding & Performance: Lead onboarding for new hires, streamline workflows, and drive continuous performance improvements across teams.
• Culture & Engagement: Build a positive, accountable team environment and handle day-to-day operational or communication escalations.

• Understanding of Australian workplace culture, business communication, and SLA tracking.
• Experience applying process improvement methods to reduce workflow bottlenecks.
• Strong background in HR administration, performance coaching, and dispute resolution.
