Job summary

DSV Philippines is seeking a logistics professional to manage export and import parcel bookings via UPS website and register shipments in the Tango system. You will ensure timely entry, monitor air events for track and trace, and coordinate with clients to provide prompt, accurate information.

You will handle claims for lost shipments, process healthcare/pharma documentation per GDP, upload invoices and UPS labels to AMS, support data compliance reporting, and contribute to Kaizen initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience with export/import parcel shipments booking and documentation.
• Familiarity with carrier portals (UPS) and shipment registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Book export and import parcel shipments on UPS Website and register shipments in Tango.
• Ensure Track & Trace events (Air) are updated and accurate.
• Handle claims process for lost shipments when required.
• Upload Commercial Invoices and UPS labels to AMS (scan documents viewer).
• Ensure data compliance and update missing information.
• Coordinate healthcare/pharma shipments documentation following GDP guidelines.
• Contribute to Kaizen and process improvement initiatives.

Responsible in timely booking of Export & Import Parcel shipments to UPS Website and register respectively in Tango system

To ensure maintenance of Air Events in Tango for shipment track and trace and is responsible in efficient and smooth handling of shipment

To handle claims process if required for lost shipments

Description:

To ensure processing all Export and Import Parcel shipments requests received from clients are booked to UPS Website and register the shipments in Tango system respectively.

To ensure that all bookings made in UPS (Vendor booking & On-Account booking) are registered in Tango based on the daily Unregistered Report & weekly Recon Report.

To ensure that OPS026 – Track & Trace Events are updated accurately, and investigations are made if necessary to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments.

To ensure that Data Compliance report is check and missing information is updated accurately.

To ensure that all Commercial Invoice and UPS labels are uploaded to AMS (scan documents viewer)

To ensure prompt and accurate information are provided to clients by ensuring that shipments are properly checked and coordinated.

To adhere to stakeholders’ requirements

To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives

To do administrative, ad hoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor.

Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.
