Job summary

Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology, Inc. in collaboration with its Philippines operations seeks a proactive Business Development professional to establish local mine owner resources and expand partnerships.

You will visit mining sites, collect qualification documents, and support commercial negotiations with mine owners. The role includes market research and client development at exhibitions to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a Philippine university.
• 1–3 years in business, customer development or market expansion.
• Native Filipino with fluent English; Chinese skills preferred.
• Self-motivated and hard-working.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop local mine owner resources in the Philippines. Proactively locate mine operators and mineral traders across regions, conduct on-site visits to mining sites, collect documents including qualification certificates, production capacity and mineral product information, and build a mine owner resource database.
2. Assist the General Manager in commercial negotiations with mine owners and follow up on potential cooperation opportunities.
3. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, such as market research, industry information collection and client development at exhibitions.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from top 20 local universities in the Philippines, any major is acceptable.
2. Work Experience: 1–3 years of working experience in business, customer development or market expansion.
3. Language Skills: Native Filipino speaker with fluent oral and written English. Candidates capable of working in Chinese are preferred; able to conduct independent business negotiations and write business emails.
4. Self-motivated and hard-working candidates are prioritized.
