Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Competent Person Reports, technical disclosures, and independent geologist reports that meet international reporting codes
  • Author or contribute to technical sections for feasibility studies, due diligence reviews, and NI 43‑101/JORC‑compliant reports
  • Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous QA/QC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams including exploration geologists, mine planners, GIS specialists, and graphic designers to produce actionable insights and visually compelling deliverables
  • Support mine planning and operations teams through resource reconciliation, grade control, and optimisation strategies
  • Translate complex geological data into clear, client‑ready presentations, maps, and 3D visualisations
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in mineral resource modelling and estimation
  • Recognised Competent Person/Qualified Person credentials through AIG (FAIG/MAIG) or AusIMM (FAusIMM/MAusIMM) membership, or accreditation as an Accredited Competent Person (ACP) under the Philippine Mineral Reporting Code (PMRC 2007, updated 2020/2023). The person has the authority to sign mineral resource reports under international codes (JORC 2012/JORC 2024, NI 43‑101, SAMREC, S‑K 1300 and other similar reports under the Committee for Mineral Reserves International Reporting Standards (CRIRSCO)
  • Demonstrated track record preparing mineral resource estimates for major metal commodities including copper, gold, silver, nickel, or zinc across multiple deposit types (porphyry, epithermal, skarn, IOCG, VMS, laterite, or sediment‑hosted)
  • Demonstrated experience preparing, peer‑reviewing and auditing Competent Person/Qualified Person reports
Technical Skills

  • Strong command of geostatistics, variography, estimation techniques, and resource classification
  • Experience managing geological databases, drill data validation, and QA/QC protocols
  • Familiarity with international reporting standards (JORC Code 2012/2024, NI 43‑101, SAMREC, S‑K 1300)
