The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in corporate registration and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate registration and regulatory compliance.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SEC, BIR, LGU, and government agencies.
• Strong exposure to IPOPHL, PCAB, FDA, HALAL, and immigration coordination is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Philippine corporate and regulatory laws.
• Familiarity with government e-portals and filing systems.
• Knowledge of documentation standards and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of corporate registrations and regulatory compliance.
