Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Business Process Designer to analyze and enhance workflows, focusing on improving efficiency across order management processes. You will work with business users to translate needs into detailed product requirements and use cases, and design monitoring mechanisms for continuous improvement in Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Order Management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Experience in designing process documentation and use case scenarios.

Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will spend your day analyzing and enhancing various workflows to improve overall efficiency. You will work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into detailed product requirements and use cases. Your role involves identifying areas where processes can be optimized and designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback to ensure ongoing improvements. Collaboration and communication with different stakeholders will be an essential part of your daily activities to support effective process management.

• Strong knowledge of order management lifecycle and related business processes.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in designing process documentation and use case scenarios.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Order Management.
