Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Business Process Designer to analyze, design, and improve business workflows using Oracle Cloud Cost Management, based onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
You will collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into technical specifications, while designing monitoring mechanisms for continuous improvement and ongoing feedback.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
As a Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business workflows to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with business users and cross-functional stakeholders to understand current processes, identify inefficiencies, gather detailed requirements, and develop optimized solutions aligned with organizational goals.
You will also design continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to support ongoing process improvement and help refine processes over time.
Analyze, develop, and improve business workflows and processes.
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend optimization solutions.
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Define detailed product requirements and use cases.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus on process improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and workflow diagrams.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Support change management initiatives by effectively communicating process changes.
Continuously evaluate process performance and recommend enhancements.
Design mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback collection.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Work independently and develop subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.
Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial management systems.
Strong understanding of cost control methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Experience with process modeling tools and workflow techniques.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.
Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud.
Experience in business process modeling and workflow visualization.
Experience supporting continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.
Candidates must currently be based in the Philippines.
Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
