Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Order Management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Experience in designing process documentation and use case scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and improve workflows to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Design monitoring/feedback mechanisms for continuous process improvement.
• Document and communicate process changes to stakeholders clearly.
• Support implementation of new workflows and monitor their effectiveness.
