Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking a business analyst with a strong background in documenting and organizing complex processes. The role requires 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, process documentation, and operations, with hands-on skills in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Jira.

You will map client journeys, support knowledge retention, and ensure thorough process documentation while working 7AM–4PM on-site in Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in business analysis, process documentation, operations, or a similar role.
• Ability to document and organize business processes
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, MS Excel, and/or Jira.
• Experience or understanding of process mapping.
• Ability to help document the client journey, including onboarding processes.
• Ability to support knowledge retention and maintain process documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Amenable to work on an early morning shift (7AM - 4PM).
• Willing to work in Muntinlupa City (100% on-site).
