This role owns the story behind the numbers — where performance is strong, where it's slipping, and what leadership needs to do about it. You will turn the Manila GCC's data and dashboards into decisions, presenting hard truths backed by evidence directly to the Executive Management team. This is a stakeholder and influence role built on a data foundation, not a data-building role. The bar is not 'can you read a dashboard' — it's 'can you walk into a room with Executives, present a hard truth backed by evidence, and hold your position when a Tower Lead pushes back.'
Use GCC-wide performance and capacity data to identify what's working, what isn't, and why — across regions, towers and teams
Convert analysis into a clear, evidence-backed narrative that leadership can act on, not just a set of charts
Proactively surface underperformance and risk before it's raised by someone else
Build credible, trusted relationships with Tower Leads, Global Functional Leads and the Site General Manager
Manage upward effectively — know when to flag, when to elevate and when to hold a line with senior stakeholders
Challenge poor performance directly and constructively, using data and evidence rather than opinion
Own the design and delivery of performance and capacity reporting presented to Executive Management
Present with clarity and confidence at senior forums, anticipating pushback and coming prepared with evidence
Oversee capacity planning and forecasting at GCC level, ensuring workforce availability aligns with business demand
Drive continuous improvement initiatives off the back of performance insight, not just report on inefficiency
Demonstrated ability to manage upward and sideways with senior stakeholders, including direct experience presenting to executive or C-suite audiences
Confident, direct communication style — able to challenge underperformance without damaging the relationship
Political and organisational awareness: knows how to land a hard message in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment
Strong command of performance management, workforce planning and capacity forecasting principles
Comfortable working with dashboards and data tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent) at an interpretive and diagnostic level
Sound understanding of resource allocation, utilisation and workforce optimisation practices
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field
10+ years' experience in performance management, workforce analytics or business performance roles, including direct experience presenting to senior/executive leadership
Demonstrated track record of using data to challenge and change operational or team performance outcomes
Prior GCC, shared services, or large matrixed multinational environment experience strongly preferred
