Job summary

Dyson Philippines seeks a Business Operations Manager to provide analytical and management support for SEA Product Development, based at the new Batangas campus. You will contribute to strategic initiatives, build models for resourcing and capability, and work with the Country Head of Engineering to expand engineering capacity.

You will use Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and other tools to influence decisions, build publications, and nurture cross-team collaboration across Dyson Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics or related disciplines.
• Proficient MS Excel, PowerBI and Power Apps; Tableau/SQL/Python experience bonus.
• Strong analytical toolkit and data-driven problem solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core data analysis and decision support for SEA Product Development operations in Philippines.
• Develop and maintain programme-level models for portfolio management, strategic resourcing, engineering capability and recruitment planning.
• Drive strategic initiatives across Dyson Philippines and support country leadership governance forums.
• Create programme-level publications, communication materials and online resources for the team.
• Organise and maintain decision-making data and stakeholder documentation.
• Support country leadership cadence including Leadership and Management Team meetings and country forums.
