About the role

Fosun Health is expanding its international healthcare business in the Philippines. You will act as a key bridge between the Market Lead and the execution team — turning business priorities into action, coordinating projects, solving operational problems, and making sure things get done. As the Philippines business grows, this role will take on increasing ownership of operations, projects, processes, and team coordination, with a potential career path toward Business Operations Manager / Operations Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup and day-to-day operations of the Philippines business
• Turn business priorities into actionable plans and follow through on execution
• Coordinate projects across internal teams, BPO partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and early-stage team setup
• Build and improve SOPs, workflows, reporting, and operational processes
• Track business data, KPIs, project timelines, and key deliverables
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and management updates
• Identify operational problems and proactively propose practical solutions
• Take increasing ownership of key projects and team coordination as the business grows

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Ideally 2–4 years of professional experience in business operations, project management, human resources, BPO, healthcare, customer operations, consulting, or other fast-paced business environments
• Experience working across different teams, departments, vendors, or external partners is highly preferred
• Experience supporting business leaders, managing projects, building processes, or coordinating teams is a strong advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Able to prepare clear reports, presentations, trackers, and business updates
• Data-driven mindset and comfortable working with basic business metrics and KPIs
