We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.

With a strong customer service mindset, you will manage data‑related requests and issues end to end, providing timely updates to stakeholders, troubleshooting and remediating data quality issues, and performing manual adjustments for critical financial reporting.

In addition, you will be adaptable to new scenarios, proactively seek guidance when needed, and demonstrate curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and build team capability.

What you offer
  • 3–6 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, with a demonstrated ability to identify breaks, anomalies and reporting issues (transactional reporting experience preferred)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, with strong academic performance and knowledge of financial services or financial markets products
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and curiosity, and a proactive approach to self‑learning and professional development
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (experience with Alteryx and/or SQL is an advantage)
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate complex and technical requirements to both peers and senior stakeholders.
What we offer

At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that’s rewarding in all the ways that matter most to you. Macquarie employees can access a wide range of benefits which, depending on eligibility criteria, include:
