Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead branch operations in Gerona, Tarlac; EDSA Grand, Quezon City; and Midsayap, North Cotabato. You will drive deposit and loan growth by soliciting new accounts and strengthening client relationships.

You will supervise branch teams, ensure productivity and profitability, and coordinate marketing strategies and cross-selling across the bank’s products and services, delivering exceptional service and robust risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years' of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, branch banking, with basic bank operations background
• Experience in territorial management is an advantage
• Develops and executes marketing strategies, able to make sound decisions and good presentation skills
• Able to market and cross-sell various products and services of the bank
• Able to establish good relationships with clients; Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
• With in-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry

Business Manager ensures deposit and loans growth by soliciting new accounts and enhancing relationship with existing clients. Provides leadership and management to the entire branch in order to ensure maximum productivity, profitability and efficient use of branch resources
