• Monitor and improve overall business performance across all clinics.
• Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, patient acquisition, retention, conversion rates, productivity, and package sales.
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies for underperforming branches.
• Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Analyze business and sales data to drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Prepare business performance reports and recommendations for management.
• Lead regular performance reviews and ensure accountability for target achievement.
