Job summary

New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) seeks an L3 Business Intelligence Analyst in Alabang, Muntinlupa, on a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

This six-month contract role offers extension and focuses on BI and data analytics to support enterprise reporting and decision making. You will bring strong SQL, experience with Databricks and Python, and familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Qlik or SAP BO.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL development experience with SQL-based databases (SSMS or equivalent).
• Experience with BI analytics and data platforms (Databricks, Python).
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or similar data integration tools.
• Experience building BI reports/dashboards using Qlik or SAP BO.
• Understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and star schemas.
• Ability to analyze, transform, and validate large datasets for reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

Business Intelligence & Data Platforms

• Strong experience working in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics environments
• Strong SQL development skills and experience working with SQL-based databases (e.g., SSMS or similar tools)
• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Databricks and python
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar data integration / orchestration tools
• Experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Qlik or SAP BusinessObjects
• Experience analyzing, transforming, and validating large datasets for reporting and analytics
• Understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling and star schema design

Reporting & BI Tools

• Experience designing or maintaining semantic layers / universes using Information Design Tool (IDT) or similar tools
• Familiarity with Central Management Console (CMC) or equivalent BI platform administration tools
• Experience supporting enterprise BI production environments
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Understanding of data integration patterns between enterprise systems and analytics platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, performance problems, and reporting discrepancies

• Experience mentoring engineers or supporting technical initiatives
• Ability to participate in technical discussions, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
