Job summary

Concentrix in Bridgetowne, Quezon City is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to own reporting and insights for Renewals and Sales Operations, helping drive NRR, GRR, and reduce churn. You will build dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Looker and partner with Renewals & Sales leaders to analyze churn and renewal forecasting.

The role requires advanced SQL + Excel/Sheets, and strong Salesforce experience, with on-site work at Bridgetowne. This is a full-time position in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as BI/RevOps/Sales Ops in B2B SaaS.
• Experience supporting Renewals or B2B Sales Operations.
• Strong Salesforce experience: power user of Salesforce CRM or client/account.
• Advanced SQL + Excel/Sheets skills.

You will be supporting their Renewals and Sales Operations.

The Role:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will own reporting and insights for Renewals and Sales, helping drive NRR, GRR, and reduce churn.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain dashboards for B2B Renewals, Sales Pipeline, and Customer Health (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)


• Partner with Renewals & Sales leadership to analyze churn, renewal forecasting, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities


• Be the Salesforce data expert - build reports, dashboards, and extract insights from Salesforce (Sales Cloud)


• Write advanced SQL queries to analyze ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR


• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years as a BI Analyst / RevOps Analyst / Sales Ops Analyst in B2B SaaS


• Proven experience supporting Renewals and/or B2B Sales Operations


• Strong Salesforce experience: EITHER as a power user of Salesforce CRM (reports, dashboards) OR has worked with Salesforce as a client/account


• Advanced SQL + Excel/Sheets


• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker


• Must be willing to work ONSITE in Bridgetowne, QC
