Job summary

TASQ in Makati is seeking a Reporting & Data Analytics professional to build and optimize dashboards that drive business decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze complex datasets, and deliver clear insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include automating reports, validating data integrity across sources, and communicating findings to enable data-driven actions. This role is onsite in Makati with flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of Reporting and Data Analytics experience.
• Proven track record in data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau or similar BI tools.
• College level education or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication to explain findings to varied audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create, enhance, and manage dynamic business reports and insightful dashboards that drive informed decisions.
• Delve into complex and extensive data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Partner with diverse teams to capture reporting needs and ensure they align seamlessly with business goals.
• Streamline reporting workflows through automation, boosting efficiency and minimizing manual tasks.
• Ensure data integrity by meticulously validating accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.
• Communicate compelling findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, empowering data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of Reporting and Data Analytics experience with a proven track record in showcasing strong expertise in the subject matter
• Practical experience with leading BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms
• With at least a college level education
• Exceptional analytical abilities paired with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively simplify complex information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Makati with flexible working hours
• Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
