Qualifications

• Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Business.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Data Architecture and BI teams to support data models, extractors, and reporting tools.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and develop scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports for divisional operations and leadership.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations for key stakeholders.
• Perform data extraction from systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Sales leadership meetings, and national account reviews.
• Analyze customer behavior, churn, pipeline activity, and sales performance trends.
