Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong project and time management skills required.
• Knowledge of business and management principles is a plus.
• Organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Team player with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to Account Officer(s).
• Prepare and present sales and revenue reports to the Management.
• Deliver sales presentations clearly and accurately to prospective and existing clients.
• Consistently achieve and deliver quarterly and annual production and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts by periodic visits, exploring needs and identifying opportunities.
• Oversee the management and fulfilment of deliverables for newly closed and renewed accounts.
• Monitor deliverables for new and renewal business.
• Track daily transactions from various touch points and ensure requests are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Conduct outreach calls to prospective clients to gather essential information and ensure accurate data entry.
• Adhoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
