Winning English Academy is seeking a Business English educator who understands workplace communication and can help a teaching team deliver practical, relevant learning. In this leadership role, you will oversee Business English program delivery across our campuses and connect classroom learning with the communication skills students need in professional settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Business, or related field.
• Experience teaching or coordinating Business English/workplace communication.
• Strong understanding of business communication needs across industries.
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to connect learning activities with practical workplace outcomes.
• Experience leading or mentoring teachers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Business English program delivery and maintain consistent teaching standards across campuses and levels.
• Monitor student progress and address gaps in learning and classroom delivery.
• Observe lessons and coach trainers through practical feedback and performance discussions.
• Identify teacher development needs and coordinate training.
• Partner with Curriculum & Research Development to keep materials aligned with workplace needs.
• Share classroom insights, support curriculum improvements, and pilot new materials.
• Report program outcomes and trainer performance to the Academic Director and collaborate with other Program Heads on academic quality.
