Job summary

Winning English Academy is seeking a TOEIC specialist to lead program delivery, strengthen teaching quality, and support campus trainers across our network in Cebu City.

Reporting to the Academic Director, you will align materials with the TOEIC framework, coach teachers, monitor student progress, and collaborate with Curriculum & Research Development to drive consistent, evidence-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field.
• Experience teaching or coordinating TOEIC prep programs.
• Strong knowledge of the TOEIC framework, test structure and assessment.
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to identify learning gaps and translate feedback into teaching improvements.
• Experience leading or mentoring teachers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TOEIC program delivery and maintain consistent teaching standards across campuses and levels.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and guide practical improvements.
• Observe classes and give trainers clear, constructive coaching and performance feedback.
• Identify teacher development needs and coordinate relevant training.
• Partner with the Curriculum & Research Development team to review materials, share classroom insights, and pilot new content.
• Report student outcomes, trainer performance, and program needs to the Academic Director.
• Collaborate with other Program Heads to strengthen academic consistency.

About the role

In this new leadership role, you will oversee TOEIC program delivery across our campuses. Reporting to the Academic Director, you will work closely with our Curriculum & Research Development team to keep teaching and materials consistent, relevant, and aligned with the TOEIC framework.
