Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate appointments for Australian businesses.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow call scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and handle objections or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Document all call information accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system.

Qualifications and Requirements (Non-negotiable):

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as B2B appointment setter in the BPO industry or at least 2 years of B2B outbound cold‑calling experience in a call center.
• Proven expertise in lead generation and/or telesales.
• Fluent in English with outstanding comprehension and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and driven to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to adapt to various customer profiles and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
