Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients from Mandarin-speaking communities (business owners, investors, individuals).
• Manage, retain, and grow relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Promote banking services (credit cards, time deposits, insurance) to increase product holdings.
• Provide language assistance during client meetings, documentation, and onboarding.
• Identify and follow up on quality leads from Chinese business communities, referrals, or internal campaigns.
• Ensure onboarding and transactions comply with BSP and internal policies.
• Deepen the bank's presence in Chinese business circles and Mandarin-speaking communities.
• Maintain timely sales activity records and client database updates.
• Collaborate with credit, compliance, and operations teams to close client deals efficiently.
• Grow Deposit and Loan portfolio.
• Increase Cross-Sell and Product Holding per Client.
• Strengthen Client Retention and Relationship Quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients from Chinese or Mandarin-speaking communities (business owners, investors, individuals)
• Manage, retain, and grow relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients
• Increase product holdings per client by promoting suitable banking services (e.g. "credit cards, time deposits, insurance")
• Provide language assistance during client meetings, documentation, and onboarding

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) years business related course
• At least three (3) years work-related experience
• CAN SPEAK MANDARIN
• Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills, with the ability to stand out in a competitive market, excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships
