B.O.B. Performance & Accessories Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth for the helmet brand in the Philippines.

This hands-on role focuses on creating new business opportunities, expanding dealer and distributor networks, driving sales, and raising brand awareness within the motorcycle industry. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in business development or brand marketing, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to build partnerships, negotiate, and perform

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Market Development, or Brand Marketing.
• Experience in helmet, motorcycle, automotive, powersports, or related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine motorcycle and helmet market.
• Proven experience in developing and managing dealers, distributors, retailers, or sales channels.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship building.
• Experience in marketing activities, events, digital marketing, and brand development.
• Sales-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for market visits, dealer development, and business activities.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
