Pinetree Securities Pte Ltd is seeking an ambitious Associate / Junior Business Development professional to support deal-sourcing and market research across Southeast Asia and South Korea. You will help identify opportunities, coordinate partnerships, and support growth initiatives under senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and security tokens.
• Experience in asset management and/or private wealth management.
• Exposure to planning and executing security token offerings or similar fundraising initiatives is an advantage.
• Proven ability to drive long-term business initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders, particularly in South Korea.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Possession of CMFAS certifications RES1A/RES1B, RES4, and CM-EIP/CM-SIP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to execute digital asset goals and timelines. Support the creation of tailored marketing and communication materials.
• Support the operational workflows for the issuance and distribution of digital assets. Monitor security measures to safeguard token transactions and investor data.
• Engage with potential and existing investors by answering routine inquiries. Maintain accurate records and Customer Relationship Management data for ecosystem stakeholders.
• Coordinate post-digital asset processes. Track token trading on secondary markets and prepare regular investor relations reports.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks and investment materials. Communicate information efficiently to agents and intermediaries at the Seoul headquarters.
