Job Description

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for key clients across promotions, merchandising, and activations. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, leading meetings, driving new client acquisition, building a sales pipeline, coordinating execution with operations, resolving issues, improving agency processes, and contributing to hiring and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in promotions, merchandising, events, brand activations, or integrated marketing

• Comfortable working in a small, hands‑on agency environment
• Ability to balance sales, strategy, and execution

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a 360° or integrated agency
• Background working with retail, FMCG/CPG, or consumer brands
