Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking an accomplished Business Development professional to drive growth in the advertising and digital media space. You will identify opportunities, forge strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and clients, and craft proposals that win deals.

Responsibilities include expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable outcomes. Hybrid work enables 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within advertising, media, marketing, or digital content.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, social media trends, and platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
• Proven experience in identifying opportunities, creating proposals, negotiating deals, and closing partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities.
