The role requires strong communication, proposal development, negotiation, and collaboration with senior management to train operations and ensure timely delivery of campaigns nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Meeting clients to discuss advertising needs.
• Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points.
• Negotiating with clients, solving problems and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients.
• Making “pitches” to win new business.
• A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations.
