Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Retail Activation Specialist to lead campaigns across wholesale partner stores in the Philippines, focusing on launches, merchandising and activation execution. You will coordinate materials, POSM, and visual assets, ensuring readiness for every launch and store visit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail activation, trade marketing, visual merchandising, retail operations or project management.
• Experience with wholesale partners, sportswear, fashion, FMCG or consumer retail brands is a plus.
• Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Commercially aware and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Confident communicating with internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
• Comfortable working independently and visiting stores/activation sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of retail campaigns, product launches and brand activations across wholesale partner stores.
• Coordinate campaign materials, POSM, visual merchandising assets and other retail requirements for launches.
• Work with wholesale partners and internal teams including Key Account Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain.
• Conduct regular store visits and retail checks to ensure strong execution of brand standards.
• Support new store openings, renovations, shop-in-shop installations, and other retail improvement projects.
• Manage activation timelines, calendars and milestones, identifying delays or issues early.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve store-level challenges and ensure smooth execution at retail.
• Collaborate with KAMs to improve product visibility and sell-through.
• Track activation results, store compliance and launch readiness; provide post-activation reports.
• Monitor project requirements and budgets to meet timelines and standards.
