Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Category Experience: FMCG experience, with pet food as advantageous.
• Trade Marketing: Proven track record in trade marketing with customer engagement and category growth strategies.
• Sales: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and consumer behavior in retail.
• Content Editing Tools: Some experience editing tools such as Adobe or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio: Overseeing implementation and on-going management of local portfolio.
• Media agencies: Collaboration with local partners with focus on digital.
• POSM Development: Coordinate production, deployment, and execution of POSM with third-party suppliers.
• Tailored Channel and Category Planning: Support execution of channel and category plans with KAMs and suppliers.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with Key Account Managers, distributors, suppliers, and agencies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign and sales performance metrics and KPI achievement.
• Merchandising and Promotions: Provide data-driven recommendations for merchandising and promotions.
