ADM Animal Nutrition Philippines is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead industrial sales strategy and drive sustainable growth. You will align cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and communicate key decisions to stakeholders.

As a senior leader, you will mentor the sales organization, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performance culture focused on market expansion and profitability in agricultural nutrition solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture or similar industries.
• Expert understanding of finance and business management with strong knowledge of financial, technical, and economic concepts.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition or specialty chemicals industry.
• Collaboration skills for establishing positive working relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives.
• Excellent planning and organization skills, including project management.
• Proven success as a senior executive managing departmental teams in a fast paced environment.
• Great understanding and importance of regulatory and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage and oversee the sales operations in the industrial business development organization.
• Develop, execute, and assess top business strategies that will propel company growth in the Industrial segment.
• Deep customer understanding - Analyze current and potential clients and market needs.
• Support the implementation of product quality and safety policies.
• Monitor audits carried out by clients and prospects and organize internal audits within the plants.
• Pricing and Margin analysis; analyze and validate budget proposals.
• Prepare and present the consolidated budget to management and monitor it.
• Define the role of team members and set objectives.
• Build, inspire and motivate team members to achieve sales and profit plans.
• Collaborates with Marketing, R&D, Finance, Operations and affiliates to meet strategic objectives.

ADM Animal Nutition Philippines is looking for an experienced and dedicated Business Development Director (BDD) who can lead the team with an effective business strategy that optimizes the company's continuous growth. As a senior leader at ADM, the BDD will foster a positive, inspiring, and collaborative work environment that empowers employees to actively work toward companywide goals. This role will be the key representative of the company in communicating important decisions to business stakeholders. Manage the company's overall development in Industrial sales and ensure that general operations run seamlessly as employees accomplish established goals. Make strategic and financial decisions that determine the trajectory of the Industrial segment. Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams and create a positive company culture through strong and inspiring leadership.

• Lead, Manage and oversee the sales operations in the industrial business development organization.

• Deep customer understanding - Analyze current and pontetial clients and market needs. To track customer complaints and resolving potential difficulties
• Support the implementation of product quality and safety policies
• Monitor audits carried out by clients and prospects and organize internal audits within the plants
• Pricing and Margin analysis. Including analyzing and validating of budget proposals.
• Prepare and present the consolidated budget to the management, follow the budget and propose improvement actions.
• Define the role of team members and determine the objectives of the team.
• Build, inspire and motivate team members to achieve projected sales and profit plans. This includes mentoring especially in regard to our values and vision.
• Collaborates and serve as a main resource with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, R&D, Finance, Operations and affiliates to ensure strategic objectives are met
• Adjust important procedures and policies by collaborating with HR and assessing current industry trends
• Other activities agreed with the Managing Director

Your Profile
