Job summary

FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is seeking a Business Development Analyst to handle property acquisition and permit processing for development projects. The role involves conducting market studies, feasibility analyses, and coordinating with government agencies across the Visayas region.

The candidate should have at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of real estate experience, with willingness to travel. Full-time position based in Bacolod City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in real estate and business process permits.
• Willingness to travel and be assigned out of town.
• Driver’s license holder preferred but not required.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Acquire properties for development.
• Conduct market studies of project sites, including business plans, permits projection, strategy-making, and validation.
• Conduct feasibility studies relating to the projects (legal, technical, financial).
• Monitor and facilitate assigned projects in Visayas region where permits are being processed (procurement, gathering, submission of requirements to government agencies).
• Negotiate and close deals; execute terms in coordination with partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
