About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer with a strong track record in selling enterprise solutions, enterprise software solutions or enterprise SaaS solutions for facilities management, facilities and workplace management (TRIRIGA, Maxim, IWMS, AI‑driven solutions, or chatbots). This role will focus on driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for our AI‑powered workplace and facilities management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within facility management, real estate, and enterprise software sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the adoption of our AI‑driven solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
• Present, demonstrate, and position the value of our solutions in alignment with client needs.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer success) to refine go‑to‑market strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales of facilities management or workplace management solutions, AI/chatbots, or related enterprise solutions. (US market)
• Strong understanding of facility management, real estate operations, and enterprise AI applications.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
