Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Controlling Manager for a leading industrial manufacturing client in Batangas, Philippines. The role drives the annual operating plan, forecasts, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

You will oversee P&L analysis, production KPI reporting, inventory management, and capital expenditure approvals, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous, and the position offers a permanent role with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Drives the annual operating plan process including forecast.
• Financial analysis and management reporting of P&L (direct material consumption, efficiency, scrap, production order related).

The Successful Applicant
